• advertising and placing tenants for short or long term rental
• communication with other intermediates (ie tour operators and travel agents)
• meeting the guests at the airport and arranging the transport to the property either by company car or assisting in hiring a car
In order for a property to be rented out it has to be fully completed and furnished to a high standard equipped with all the items needed. The rental price is being formed according to the location of the property standard of furnishing, on-site amenities available. The property must be insured against all standard risks such as theft, earthquake, flood, fire. We are ready to provide assistance in insuring and furnishing properties.
We provide a constantly updated information regarding bookings, incomes, expenses and any information connected with the letting and up-keeping of the property.
All our clients will be offered full management services such as maintenance, payment of bills for electricity, water and telephone, payment of annual municipal and local taxes, cleaning, laundry, repairs, regular inspection visits to the property. Also included are services such as annual tax returns, etc.
We reserve the right not to accept a certain property for servicing.
