A NEW SPORT HALL IN SAMOKOV

Multifunctional sports hall was open in Samokov

The official ceremony for the opening of a new multifunctional sports hall in the town of Samokov took place place on the 8th of March.  The president Mr Georgi Parvanov was present at the event.
The hall was built by one of the leading building companies in Bulgaria – Glavbulgarstroi. The investment amounts to 15 mln leva.   The capacity of the hall is 2000 seats and more than 25 kinds of different sports can be practiced. The equipment is to a high standard according all European requirements. There are special seats for the journalists, commentators and operators fitted inside.
