Spanish company to investment next to 'Super Borovets'

The Spanish investment company G56 will build a second apartment project next to ‘Super Borovets’. The investment value will be up to 20 million euro, announced Property Xpress. The project consists of construction of 240 self-contained apartments with a total built up area of aprox. 24 000 sq.m. Restaurants and several spa centres will be build also.
The construction works are due to start in the 3rd fourth of 2008, as the project will be executed at a few stages.
The terrain of construction, was bought at the end of 2007. It is with an area of 30 000 sq.m, as the building company foresees the acquiring of another neighbouring 20 000 sq.m.
A partner of the Spanish company is AMCI, which appears partition of Agrupacio Mutua Group real estate agency. G56 is holding 58% of the shares and AMCY has 42%.
