VIEWING A PROPERTY

We realize that the viewing trip is an important stage of the whole purchase. For many of our clients the process from organizing the viewing till se seeing the property and the area is an exciting experience. This is our main goal too – to make the viewing trip pleasant and provide the best possible service.
We can recommend and book accommodation for you, meet you at the airport and arrange the viewing trip.
We don’t charge a fee for the viewings. Only in case one of our company cars is used for the viewing trip, then you will have to cover the cost of the petrol which is 0.20 euro per km. If you decide to purchase a property with our company then this fee will be used as a part of the purchase price of the property!
