NEW MALL IN SOFIA

The mayor of Sofia Boyko Borisov and the main architect made the first sod of 'Bulgaria Mall'

On the 15th of July the construction of ‘Bulgari Mall’, which will be situated on ‘Bulgaria’ and ‘Todor Kableshkov’ boulevards, was officially started.
At the ceremony of the investors LSProperty and Salamanca Capital the first sod was made with silver spades. Sofia mayor Boyko Borisov and the head architect of Sofia Petar Dinkov took place in the ceremony.
‘Bulgari Mall’ will have 4 underground and 4 over-ground levels, spread on an area of 137 000 sq.m, of which more than 33 000 sq.m will be commercial and over 25 000 sq.m will be office areas. There will be more than 140 retail facilities and over 1100 parking lots.
The project has been prepared by the well-known architects from ‘MYS Architects’. It is expected for the Mall to be completed in 2011.
