The high mountain luxury complex Base Camp is in the biggest mountain resort in Bulgaria, Borovets, which is situated at 1350 meters altitude, at the foot of the highest summit in the balkan peninsula called Musala. It’s located 11 km away from Samokov and 70 km away from the bulgarian capital Sofia. The resort offers favorable climatic conditions for relaxation all the year round .
Base Camp complex is situated at 1 430 above sea level and in the highest part of the resort Borovets, 100 m away from the existing ski tracks and the fourseats lift – YASTREBETS 1 and Yastrebets 2.
In the close of the building within one year will be build a cabin lift, which is a part of the major Super Borovets Project.
The Architecture will be in the tipical for the region mountain style with a underground and overground parking
The Complex will be with a spread out built up area from 4 823 sq.m. and will be built on a plot with an area of 1 900 sq.m.
Base Camp will comprise of 71 apartments and will offer a variety of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.

Completion date: December 2009

STANDARD OF FINISH OF THE APARTMENTS
Each of the apartments will be fully finished to a high standard ready to be furnished.
All of the apartments will be completed in a luxury mode including:

• German PVC – joinery
• Terracotta and laminated flooring
• Fully equipped bathrooms with sanitary faience, boiler and shower cabins
• Convector heating
• Fitted cupboards in the kitchenette
• Points for cable TV and Internet access
Furnishing
The developer will recommend a furnishing company to the future owners.
Maintenance (compulsory) & Property Management
The investor of the building for the sum of 8 euro per sq.m. per year holds up the guard and the hygiene of the common parts of the whole complex.
In case the client is interested in letting after the conclusion of the building the investor can offer a contract with a tour agency for a rent of the private estate. The annual rent from the estate will be about 8 % .
RESERVATION
An apartment can be reserved with a reservation fee of EUR 1000 which is valid for 30-day period. On signing the preliminary agreement the reservation fee is deducted from the first payment. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case a preliminary agreement is not signed.
PAYMENT PLAN
- 10 % at signing of the preliminary contract.
- 40 % within 1 month after signing the preliminary contract
- 30 % when the complex is at shell-stage
- 20 % when the building is finished.
Note: Title of ownership is issued at the last payment.
There is a possibility for individual schedules of payment.
