The golf complex, to be built on 200ha near the village of Kableshkovo and 10km from the coastline, will incorporate an 18-hole course, villas, hotels, swimming pools, a horse-back riding track, tennis courts, a casino, a soccer pitch and polo grounds. The facility will have 800 year-round staff. The project will be implemented within 2 years. PricewaterhouseCoopers will consult and audit the project. Kabland is co-owned by Malta-registered NGB Consulting (80%) and the Pomorie municipality (20%). Mark Jones, the designer of the best golf courses in Abu Dabi and The Bahamas, will design also Kableshkovo golf course. The future golf complex will thoroughly change the village of Kableshkovo and the municipality of Pomorie. This aims to turn Pomorie into an elite resort, competitive with the Mediterranean.
